Versamixx Poultry is a custom-formulated vitamin, trace mineral and functional additive premix for broilers, layers and breeders. It is not a fixed catalogue product: each batch is formulated against your feed matrix, your raw material origins and your performance targets, then manufactured in the EU under GMP+ conditions.
Premix is the highest-leverage, lowest-inclusion part of a poultry ration. At typical inclusion levels it represents a small fraction of the formula by weight, but it carries the entire micronutrient specification — which is why consistency, carrier quality and vitamin stability matter more here than in any other feed component.
Formulation Scope
- Fat-soluble vitamins — A, D3 (including 25-OH-D3 via VeriVit Hy D3 where faster calcium mobilization is required), E and K3, specified to your withdrawal and heat-stress profile.
- B-complex and water-soluble vitamins — thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenate, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin and choline, adjusted for cereal base and expected feed intake.
- Trace minerals — zinc, manganese, copper, iron, iodine and selenium, available as inorganic salts or as chelated/organic sources where bioavailability and litter mineral load are a concern.
- Functional additives on request — phytase and NSP enzymes, acidifiers, mycotoxin binders, antioxidants, MOS/prebiotics and mold inhibitors can be integrated directly into the premix.
- Carrier and dilution — carrier selected for flowability and mixing homogeneity at your specified inclusion rate.

- Inclusion rate — typically formulated for 2.5 to 10 kg per tonne of complete feed; the concentration is built around the rate your mill already runs, not the other way round.
- Production stages — separate specifications for starter, grower, finisher, pre-lay, layer phase 1/2 and breeder rations.
- Form — free-flowing powder, standard packaging 25 kg bags; bulk formats available by agreement.
- Storage — cool, dry, out of direct sunlight. Vitamin activity is specified with an overage appropriate to your climate and expected storage period, which matters in Gulf and Sub-Saharan conditions.
- Documentation — full technical data sheet, certificate of analysis and declaration of composition supplied per batch on request.

Can enzymes, mycotoxin binders or acidifiers be included in the premix?
Yes. Phytase and NSP enzymes, mycotoxin binders such as ToxyFix, acidifiers and antioxidants can be integrated into the premix, subject to compatibility and stability checks between the additives and the vitamin fraction.
How is vitamin stability handled for hot climates?
Vitamin overage is set according to your climate, packaging and expected storage period. For customers in the Gulf, North Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa we specify higher overages and, where relevant, protected vitamin forms to hold declared activity to the end of shelf life.
What documentation is supplied with each batch?
A technical data sheet, a certificate of analysis and a declaration of composition are available per batch, together with the relevant certification documents needed for import clearance in your market.
